The Western Center for Journalism ....Wow whe... a hoot and hollar from Harvard Law School. I just can't imagine why An Editor of the Harvard Law Review would make any move without checking to see what the western Center for Journalism thinks. No doubt their writers hail from esteemed halls of learning which got them the highly praised and compensated positions upon which they are perched to observe and report. They need to let the republicans who must have been asleep while this travesty was committed.know what the president has been up to so that they can initiate impeachment proceedings.

Your ignorant dismissal of the site that posted a video of a Legal analyst is moronic at best. Insulting the site and ignoring the fact that the analyst has nothing to do with that site is proof again of your diminished intelligence.
Perhaps, instead of insulting someone who REDISTRIBUTES something on their site, something that you obviously have no comprehension of; Why don't you direct your dimwitted sputtering at the analyst. You know, THE GUY IN THE VIDEO?
I think the issue here is pretty simple. Obama campaigned he would not use signing statements and he would obey the Constitution. Instead he has done what most recent Presidents before him have done (Both Democrats and Republicans) - he has used signing statements to tweak legislation to make it appear they way he personally wants it to read. It's unfortunate. Regan, Bush 1 and 2, Clinton and now Obama have used these signing statements when all they should be doing is signing the bill into law or vetoing it.
