About This Event

Members of the Take Charge of Your Life Partnership invite you to a Screening and Reception celebrating their innovative video series Just Talk About It Prompted by recommendations of the Governor's Task Force for Quality at the End of Life In Pennsylvania and funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, these videos and accompanying tool kit are designed
to help families talk about important End-of-Life issues.
